Eaton clutch core buyback program

Eaton is pleased to announce the following changes to our clutch core buyback program. Beginning February 1, 2024, Eaton will begin accepting angle spring Advantage clutch cores (308* series and 309* series) on the buyback program. Eaton will pay the amount shown in the chart below based on the following criteria: clutches not meeting all the criteria will be rejected, scrapped, and not paid or returned:

1. Only Genuine Eaton cores are eligible for the buyback program: 308* or 309* part numbers must be etched in the cover.
2. Heavy duty DM clutches (121000-1) and UltraShift PLUS clutches (122002-35*) are NOT eligible or buyback at this time.
3. Clutch cores must be fully assembled. No cracks, welds, or bulges can be present in the clutch casting.
4. Do not ship until you have the authorization form approved by Eaton via email. Unauthorized returns will not be paid.
